Is it OK to do P&B SHakes on the humaworm cleanse? If so, do I take it before the capsules, after, or with?

  Hello Fiona - Take your HUMAWORM then wait at LEAST 2 hours before you take your P7B shake. Lots of folks who do this protocol take the HUMAWORM as directed, then take the P&B right before bedtime. This will produce a nice morning stool!
