Dear Help* --
A couple of things:
1) I remember when I first started OP a couple of months ago I was reading the older posts. Don't have time to look back through them now, but I distinctly recall that someone said to try not to get your OP oil on your skin as it has toxins and in their experience would cause a breakout. I have "dribbled" a little bit from time to time and try and wipe it up quickly, and one day I sneezed without forewarning and the oil was everywhere and nothing terrible, but it could cause a reaction. That could be happening.
2) I did have a terrible sore on the bottom of my tongue a couple of weeks into oil pulling. I had been adding a few drops of oregano oil to my olive oil. People responded, and I did a search on the Curezone engine which further suggested, that this was a healing crisis -- probably the oregano oil drawing out a virus. It was not comfortable and I did end up getting conventional medicine for it. But it was gone relatively quickly and has not come back.
(You could search for "oil pulling" or "cleanse" and "rash" and see what comes up that seems to make sense to you.)
I also had a more conventional healing crisis at the start of OP -- my skin got HORRIBLE, or even MORE horrible than it had been -- before clearing up dramatically. That experience was what I needed to go through to keep my faith in the process for the terrible sore a bit later -- there was a large part of me (larger than I would like to admit!) that said, "stop this now! look at the bad things that are going on!" -- but I feel so much better physically, and happier, than I did before oil pulling.
Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving,
Laura
