I'm not sure whether it could be the same thing, but way back before I thought I had parasites, I used to get boils on my ear, and my thighs. This could have been the beginning of the infestation. Even now a lot of the rash I get looks like boils, but they itch, and they have no pus inside.

The only way you'd get any further indication would be by doing another parasite cleanse like clarkia or humaworm.
