This is as close to cereal as you can get, and it tastes wonderful.
Add the following into a bowl
-about 1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
-about 20 raisens
-about 20 goji berries
-a couple tablespoons of cacao nibs
If you'd like to mix in a little coconut oil (a tablespoon) you can. Or if you want to leave any of the ingredients out you can. Try your own mixtures and whatnot.
When you're done, add water. I suggest using at least 1/2 a cup, but you can add more if you don't like the consistency it gives you.
Then enjoy! Tastes great, doesn't it? ;-)
