Hi Sharon,
I do not use the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if I am not fasting. My digestion
and elimination are so good though, I do not need to.
If your bowels still feel congested, you may consider
more bowel cleansing. I have done a stint of P&B shakes
as a post-cleanse mop up, and my last cleanse, I did the
Oxypowder 7 day cleanse. Mostly though, I feel like it
is more important to approach my good bowel function
by having a good flora. Its when you do not have a good
gut flora that candida will begin to become an overgrowth
issue. Plus the probiotics are costly enough that when I
am using them to cultivate the goods, I do not want to
wash them out.
The menstrual cycle stuff is normal. It is a detox of
sorts and yes, a release. The
Master-Cleanse itself cleans glands and
adjusts the hormonal levels and so brings a lot *back* into
balance. Also, post cleanse, your body often will keep
doing some detox, so it takes a couple of months to really
see what effect the integration process will produce.
One thing you may consider is still finding ways to
incorporate cayenne into your daily diet. It is good for
constipation and I find it really tasty. I bought myself
a designated shaker so I can dust almost anything from
eggs to rice and salads and so am still getting my cayenne
in. I will also make single glasses of lemonade to function
as my "cayenne delivery system"...ggg
be happy, be well,
Zoe
