I have not done laser whitening, but Ive done, am doing, the
healthy alternative of *oil-pulling* and have had really
nice white looking teeth...check out the oil-pulling
forum here at Curezone...those folks know how to have fun
and get white teeth too~~!

I really wanted to comment on the temperpedic mattress.
I wanted one really bad and was saving when I was asked
to house-sit for a friend who had one. It was the worst
sleep Ive ever had, and I was there for weeks so did give
it a good try. It felt like I was fighting the effects
of gravity most of the night. I am a tosser though so its
not so easy on one of those mattresses. I like a harder
mattress and after getting used to a futon solid batting
mattress, I am in heaven.

Try one out though before you spend those big bucks,
lots of people do like them but turned out I was not
one of them~~!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my tempurpedic mattress (and pillows). We've had the bed for about 9 years. We got the dual twin xl adjustable model so they fit side by side in our king bed frame. I can't say enough about them. I sleep great and I was a constant turner. We can't feel when the other person is moving around in bed. No craters have formed where our bodies lay night after night. No need to flip or turn the mattresses. They are great! Most of the time you can get a 90 day free trial.

The ONLY bad thing I can say about them is that if your room is hot, the bed is going to be hot. Good luck with your choice!
