i usually (when not on mc) do an hour of cardio a day and weight 3-4x per week. on the cleanse (im on day 9) i have found that i can only walk on the treadmill for 30 to 60 minutes. i have a lot of energy most days but find my muscles are strangely weak. i did lift a few weights yesterday just to remind the muscles that they are there. :)
you will have to find what works for you, but expect a change in your workout.
