I'm looking for information on Spirulina. I read that it is more nutritios than fresh squeezed wheatgrass. But I can't find any information on fresh squeezed spirulina. How can spirulina be more nutritious if it isn't fresh and it is in a powder form and freeze dried in a can? Lots of websites on Spirulina but they all say to just mix the spirulina with water and drink it. Isn't there a such thing as fresh raw sprulina? Or is that how we are suppose to take it - with two teaspoons of the spirulina powder in water. ??
