Can you capsulate the epsom salts???...

I read about people using capsules instead of mixing the Epsom Salts in water. Does anyone know FOR SURE that this is OK?
P.S. I just finished my 2nd flush and I got out large stones! I was so happy to see larger stones this time versus the pea sized ones I got the first time.- Re: Can you capsulate the epsom salt... Laurel Queen

MoreThis is a reply to # 77,272I did, but it takes a whole lot of capsules (about 15 each time and I only take HALF the Epsom Salts because I am so sensitive). It worked fine though and I got out a lot of stones.
