After one month on Terbinafine, combined with an anti-candida diet, MSM with Zinc and Vit C, and Lepicol [psyllium and probiotics]I have experienced some die off which together with a heavy cold [that others round me have also had] has made me feel rough. However I feel that it is working, and I'm starting to feel that the fog is lifting and I have a bit more energy. I have had no adverse reactions to the Terbinafine and it is most unusual for me to tolerate drugs. My disgusting toenails are just starting to show a little rim of healthy pink!
