4th Flush...I vomited in the night :...

Today I did my fourth flush and in the middle of the night after taking the oo and grapefruit mix, with a added bit of lemon juice i vommitted. I must admit im very frustrated by this, however i still got out quite a few small stones again so i cant be too despondant. Though I cant help but feel more would have come out if i didnt vomit.

This is a reply to # 771,767In my experience when we take too much oil we tend to throw up. I did once. Then I reduced from 250 ml to 150 to 175ml. I weigh 163 pounds. How much do you weigh?
But don´t worry part of what your body managed to absorb still did the trick. Every flush is different.

FYI---we do the Hulda Clark for the epsom salt/juice portion---ONLY, and we encapsulate the Epsom Salts ......well worth it!

If you still have trouble keeping it down......some people use Alka Seltzer GOLD, we use aloe vera capsules, or you can use the recommeneded HCl capsules (digestive enzymes)

doing my first flush tonight :-O.....done many Master Cleanses over the last two years but never a LF...been too scared.
so I have done the 6pm and the 8pm....waiting for 9:45pm right now.
I would have to say I have no problem gulping it all down in one gulp so far...but I am nauseas right now and have been since 7pm.
next time if I get the Alka Seltzer...when do you take it?
also my friend gave me the recipe and it didn't have any drinks in the morning? last drink is 9:45 pm? is this norm for everyone? I was reading that the ES drinks continue tomorrow morning too?
she also gave me a bottle of Oxypowder and told me to take 6 caps tonight right after my 9:45 drink

This is a reply to # 771,767I think when the liver releases a huge amount of bile and toxins, it makes you nauseous. My first one, I vomited and had the most stones I've ever had in my 9 flsuhes, over 250. My last one I vomited, and only had 12 stones, but one huge one, and tons of bile and I felt so good for 2 weeks afterward. As long as you can keep it down the first 20 minutes, it has done its job.
