i have never inhaled Colloidal Silver and so i can't tell you about that. here is an article about inhaling peroxide. it tells you exactly how to do it. for some strange reason it says not to use food grade peroxide,which is silly. i think they are worried that someone will inhaled the pure 35% peroxide, which could be harmful. but if you take the 35% food grade peroxide and make a 3% solution with it, you can do this same protocol. this person just used plain old drug store peroxide.
