Hi everyone! I have heard that Beyonce Knowles did the Master Cleanse, elevating the diet to celebrity status. I believe she did 14 days and lost 22 lbs. That is pretty cool that she did it. Now even a lot more people will get to hear of the cleanse that has already produced wondrous benefits to many people around the world!

This is a reply to # 767,627Yes, Beyonce did bring a lot of attention to the Master Cleanse,
but she followed in other famous people's footsteps.
Robin Quivers really started the celebrity trend, and Billy Bob Thorton
and Angelina Jolie, when they were together, tried it. Ellen Degeneres, who
was turned on to it by David Blaine. Others have followed suit.

sorry for posting this here...but really wanted to know your input
doing my first Liver-Flush tomorrow and my friend say's no drinking anything after 2pm...including water? I have been reading on the Liver-Flush forum that even though I'm doing the Hulda Clark e protocol that the Andreas something protocol suggests drinking water after 2pm up till 20 min before ES and 20 min after ES?
what's your advice...water for me tomorrow after 2pm? or no water? I really don't want to risk getting dehydrated.

This is a reply to # 767,674Absolutely, I also drink water after 2 right up to 20 minutes before and after each Epsom Salt dose. It makes everything *wet* and easy to release.
