Hi Southern Belle!
Well, it’s been almost 48 hours since I took my olive oil/lemon juice mixture, and guess what I just passed? A WHOLE HANDFUL OF GALLSTONES!!! I had passed all of the ES stuff by last night, but I felt a little congested this afternoon, and I was feeling rather exhausted by about 3 p.m., so I decided to do a retention
coffee enema (at 7). I figured that there were some toxins in my bowel that needed to come out but weren’t able to because there was not enough bulk in my colon. I always clean out anything that’s in there with plain water before introducing the coffee, so that the coffee won’t come out prematurely. When I was putting the water in, I felt a pain in my splenic flexure area, which BTW is where I was having severe cramps periodically before I went to the doctor and which had prompted me to get the abdominal CAT scan.
Well, the water would not go any higher in the colon, so I sat on the toilet and immediately proceeded to pass a handful of those ugly tan colored pieces that I am assuming are coming out of my GB. One was the size of a large grape. I crushed it and it was full of green stuff! I even passed some mauve colored stones and one of them, smaller than a split pea in size, actually sank! Several others floated.
Right on top of my pile of stones, I deposited all of the
Watermelon that I had eaten yesterday for lunch to break my fast. I would recommend
Watermelon highly for breaking the
Liver Flush fast because it really cleans you out!
I’m so GLAD I did the enema thing!! I would not have discovered the stones for days, as my bowels are so sluggish and mostly empty, that it would have been DAYS before I would have had a movement, and we are going out of town for a couple of days, besides. I’m really thrilled to have gotten rid of some more of that horrible stuff. I don’t know, but since I had some of that same-looking stuff in what I assume is my GB duct, I’m pretty sure that it must be mucous that has hardened around some forming
Gallstones in my GB. When you’ve got some symptoms of cholecystitis, chances are your GB can’t get rid of the mucous that gets trapped in there. So it gets incorporated into stones. This is only a fairly uneducated guess on my part.
Well, I’m totally revived after my recent discovery!
Have a GREAT weekend!
Still floating high,
Juniper
