Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I started these baths (2c sea salt, 2c apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons powdered ginger). AI take a 20-30 min. long bath right before I go to bed and then read myself to sleep.
The day after my first bath, I was dragging big time. But I have not had any problems since. The most obvious thing I notice is that I sleep great! Last night I didn't take a bath and I didn't sleep very well.
I also use a loofa (sp?) sponge in the bath and hit all the body part and especially the insole of my feet several times.
I buy the seasalt in bulk at the health food store - cheap! $3.50 for 10 lbs. The powdered ginger is cheap in bulk too.
I've read that you should use the organic 'real' apple cider vinegar and not like heinz - I've used heinz but the smell is too strong. Maybe the organic brands aren't so harsh??
so take a bath every night for several nights and see how you feel.
