I placed them on my feet as advised and this am they are saturated with dark brown thick stuff from my body. It was amazing. I am going to do every night for 30 days and see how the color changes. I also was told I could send the used pads for ananlysis to see what toxins are exiting my body. Interesting. I may do that.
