if you are using shampoos that contain lauryl sulfates -- STOP! Find a shampoo that doesnt contain any.

I picked this source at random (google) but most shampoos that cater to health conscious individuals, particularly those who shop natural food stores or use "natural" cosmetics do not contain lauryl sulfates anymore.
2. You may be entering menopause. This often happens pre and during menopause. Post menopause, some of your thickness may return. This has been my sister and I's experience.
3. Stress is also a cause/factor.
4. Have you started eating differently, or at a new place? Could your water be contaminated w/something? There are substances (toxins) which can cause hair loss.
