The reason I assumed it was diabetic related because I typed the symptoms on 'wrong diagnosis' site, and diabetes showed up as a possible disease.
I struggle with hyperglycemia, sometimes i get shaky and nauseous if I don't eat in the mornings... And Sugar affects me badly... I get severe candida symptoms, female problems if I eat too much of it...

This is just recent.
I started having an ache in my side/back where kidneys are. I am not sure it's kidneys, the location of the pain is right under the ribcage (left side), somewhere deep in the body on the left side. Everytime I breathed, pain in my neck/shoulder area would come up. It's as though whatever organ is hurting is maybe enlarged and is pushing on the nerve of the muscles that are connected to the left shoulder/neck. That's just my interpretation...
It's been 2 days now, and I still have this.
What could it be?
