I bought a sitz bath and tried it for about a week. Outside of my groin feeling raw from the cold/hot treatment. I did pass a few little stone like objects from my penis. It takes a lot of PC exercises though. I stopped because my life is just getting to complicated to set up the apparatus.

Wow, thats an intersting site!! I think I might actually try his methods... I guess it would make sense that if the liver/gallbladder can have stones, why not the prostate?
