I believe that taking the ES prior to the flush is a great tool to minimize any potential complications.

You've done a solid preparation in advance and the ES will take you all the way for a good flush.
With all the preparation youve done, a lot of stones may be ready to come out, and the ES will make sure the ducts are relaxed to prevent them from getting stuck.

ES flushes the intestines as well and a prper Bowel Cleanse before and after the Liver Flush will maximize benefits.

dont expect any stones the first few flushes

i went through the same routine the 1st flush w/ the julia change tinctures, 2-day AJ fast, and ES. no stones.

if something feels stuck or if you feel nauseous during anytime of the flush, take 1Tbsp of curcumum and coptis together to get the bile flowing to loosen anything stuck.
