Ok, so I gotsome sunflower and I am starting as soon as someone gets back to me...I still have an empty stomach though it's late morning, I went to sleep late, so I am doin it right, just a little behind. I'm excited to start OPing and joining this forum, BUT.....dun..dun..dun.......I have read something about warming the oil first in warm water?? How do I start? Just wanna do it right. Thanks in advance...bottle in hand...ready...GO!!

This is a reply to # 759,030As Molly said, get the oil in your mouth and start swishing. Good things will follow.
You read a post referring to warming virgin coconut oil which will solidify at 76 degrees F. Actually prewarming the coconut oil is not necessary as body heat and swishing will take care of things.

MoreThis is a reply to # 759,099Yay!!! All done...made it to 20 mins...well 5 then 15, I had to spit after 5 cause my mouth was in real bad shape. I gotta say...and it may be gross, but I used to have to scrape my teeth all throughout the day cause I always had that fuzzy stuff all around my back teeth no matter what I did, my mouth has NOTHING bad feeling in it right now, and believe me, I searched. AMAZING!!! THANKS guys....count me in!!
