Hiya Tool,
I hear ya.
My health background: 44 years old, female, mildly overweight. Gallbladder removed at age 23 due to 23 gallbladder attacks. 23 stones were found inside the gallbladder. I'm a mite sensitive about the number 23, as you can imagine. But, the attacks started in the summer I turned 20 to 21, which meant those stones had started to build when I was around 12 years old, according to
Andreas Moritz ' book The Amazing Liver Cleanse. So, my medical history - fully documented by doctors, verified with tests and multiple emergency trips to the hospital - bears out the presence of a serious stone situation in the liver/gallbladder. Since then, I've felt pin pricks of pain in the liver area (stones), developed allergies (stones), my migraines got MUCH worse (stones), and I developed
Rheumatoid Arthritis (stones). Of course, I didn't realize the connection between stones and these other conditions until recently. So, I need major flushing and a total overhaul of my nutritional and other health habits, which were not that bad to begin with.
I've done 7 flushes to date, and kept notes on all of them - comparing # of stones, supplements taken, diet, preparation, and health benefits.
You want some good news? I have good news!
I didn't notice good results lingering past the first post-flush week until the 4th flush. Then it dawned on me that it was allergy season but I was only reacting occasionally (mold, some evergreen trees species, some types of glue, and I suspect mites associated with dust and animal hair bother me).
Between the 6th and 7th flush I was allergy-free for 29 days. It was during this time that I discarded my artificial-fiber carpet and curtains, which might have activated my allergies. I didn't notice until they came back, 2 days before my next flush was scheduled, and they were probably due to a fully loaded liver (stones, toxins, and bile building up due to restricted meat consumption, part of the preparation). It's 2 weeks after my 7th flush and I'm mostly allergy-free (except for 1 night of sneezing).
That is not to say all my symptoms have disappeared.
My migraines have dissappeared except for just before or the day of the cleanse (before the
Epsom Salts ). Highly inconvenient, as I don't want to take pain killers at this time, I don't want to stress the liver, yet if you let a migraine get started, you can suffer with it for weeks. But there's a clear relationship between the migraines and the liver being full of stones, toxins etc, as you can see from the timing.
My arthritus (one knee and both hands) reacted differently - the pain decreased, but the "healthy" knee also became affected, and rather than being activated by the weather, the arthritus became a low-grade constant pain.
However, Andreas says that the average person has to get rid of 2,000 stones to experience significant relief from symptoms (not necessarily cessation but just relief) while I clearly have signs of a major case of stones. He said some people (I'm guessing I'm one of the lucky ones, having already had serious medical problems with stones) have to get rid of as many as 5,000 stones to experience relief. That doesn't mean all the stones are gone, only that the symptoms are noticably better. So I'm guessing that I will need at least 15 flushes and probably closer to 25 to get to this point.
The good news is that my overal health is much better. I haven't gotten sick since my first flush (before that, I was sick almost every month for 6 months and had to take
Antibiotics twice). My tongue has lost it's white coating of toxins (a constant as long as I can remember) and it has almost lost the ridges along the sides (a sign of long-standing intestinal problems), which I see as a result of the release of toxins and better digestion due to a healthier liver - even with no gallbladder. Also, my allergies are better. I still have them, but not constantly, and they are not triggered so easily by environmental things. So, I'm feeling very encouraged about my efforts so far.
Every person is different. You sound like you have a serious case of congestion in the liver, and you will certainly benefit from more flushes. Perhaps you are doing everything you can to support your flushes, but in case you're not aware of them, let me recommend liver herbs to support the liver (Ultimate Liver Cleanse, by Nature's Secret, is cheap and effective), kidney herbs to support the kidneys (Kidney Cleanse, by Health Plus, is cheap and effective), P&B shakes to clean the colon, plus switching to an organic diet (including meat) which is mostly raw vegetables and fruit. Also, if you drink at least 1 2-liter bottle of water (purified or mineral, water quality types are controversial, drink all types and listen to your body to choose what is best for you), I think this will help. More than 2 liters (8 glasses) is better.
Don't give up! It's worth it!
It might take you more flushes, but once you experience the allergy relief (and you will, I can't see why you wouldn't) you will be glad you didn't give up.
Also, check out your home environment. You might be allergic to artificial fibers in the rugs, curtains, furniture, and to emissions from your furnace, if it is combustible. Check out the Alzheimer's section on CureZone for more info. A lot of Alzheimer's symptoms are relieved when certain allergens or metals and removed from the environment and from one's own body. There seems to be a relationship between environmental allergies and Alzheimer's, and between allergies of all sorts and
liver stones . The information about the triggers of Alzheimer's can benefit us as well.
Good luck!
