Uff, I feel better now... I thought I had done a great job BUT I did something wrong.. Anyway, I helped some ppl to obtain that 'thick' of info and even if I broke some rules some ppl are happy so it is somethign good anyway..:)))

So all the trouble was coz of THAT link or in general I am not allowed to give those weblink to anyone if I see that the person is asking about this stuff.. and, for example u have vacation.. so what should I do?.. Give particular link or just wait for something?

As for my juice fast.. I have decided to finish it today.. In general I have fasted 7 days (from last Saturday till today).. Lost some weight and skin looks better.. I have ended it up by two reasons: first, my bowel didnt function properly, I was drinking lax tea (this time it worked more or less.. I stoped using it two months ago.. so I had time without using it), did one enema, was thinking about SWF... may be it is better to eat healthy food with a lot of fiber so that all that digested stuff will move through my bowel easier than mixture of bread and sweets... second reason, may be I just wanted to see how I end it.. if I am good enough at it then I could go for a longer fasts.. I guess there is third reason.. I MISSED food.. esp fish... Today I didnt eat anything oily just fruits in small amounts and a salad.. Tomm may be add a few nuts to my salads.. and hopefully in 3-4 days I will eat normally..:) In NORMAL amounts..:) I guess later on, may be in 2-3 weeks I will go again for a juice fast... But I do do wonna to do MC!.. But first I need to get rid of Sugar in my body..:/

MC forum is like 'a home' for me.. I guess I will be here anyway just to educate myself plus to support ppl.. So who knows, Zoe, may be one day we will be competing about how knowledgeble we are in this field..Haha...;)
