I'm starting my 3rd Master-Cleanse today...and my husband is starting his 2nd! I've been ready to start for several weeks, so I'm very excited! At least I will be until tomorrow when the detox and hunger starts - lol!
Anyway, just wanted to give a shout out to all of you! You'll probably be seeing more of me for the next few weeks. I don't know how long I'm going to go. I'd like to say 30 days, but we'll start with a goal of 14 and see how that goes.

Lucky you to have your fasting buddy along for the ride. You may be really surprised at cleanse 3, it may be really much easier. I have found the cleanses are different but the ones before are the foundation for the ones to come. My last cleanse had its moments but even day 2 was not torturous as the first time!
