Just dropping in to say... I could not be experiencing my current radiant good health without ... (drum roll) enemas and colonics! As a big part of my four year mega colon cleansing epic saga, both procedures have figured large. I could never have unloaded the huge amount of toxic waste I was carrying around in my intestines without water therapies and juice fasting.

I am a poster child--whatever your cleansing goal, take heart--it can be done! It's work, but so well worth it.

I just did a maintenance ten day juice fast, followed with a series of three colonics (back to back, intense!)... with a Liver Flush before the last colonic!
