Hi, all --
Thanks to D for your answer.
I do have lots of
Amalgam in my mouth. Probably 8-10 cavities, which I have had for a long time. When I first learned that they are not the healthiest thing to have in one's mouth and since then I have not been able to have them replaced with composite.
I think I asked this in a post last night, but...
1) Will OP or any cleanse/detox process make the
Amalgam effect worse? I am simply not going to be able to get them replaced for a couple more years -- husband in first year of law school, I am a stay-at-home mother, we are basically impoverished, though loving it!. I know Trapper has referred to having the proverbial mouthful of metal, and that some total cleanse protocols say that you should be mercury-free, but I am hopeful that someone will reassure me of my second question's truth...
2) Is it OK to do what I can now, and put off the
Amalgam removal until later?
On other fronts: another "good" day for me. Laughinggirl, I had a migraine 10/10 that I thought might have been related to the a.m. pull (it began in the morning -- unusual for me>..), but it could have been the low-pressure system moving in (we are in Richmond, VA), or my hormones! Who the $%)@ ever knows with migraine???
(Actually, I do have a theory about the resurgence of my migraines and my
Gallstones diagnosis, which is that my hormones are way out of whack due to slowly stopping nursing my babies. My doctor said that in med school, they were told that a typical gallstone patient is "fair, fat, forty, fertile and flatulent" -- rough guidelines, but he said that a slowing down of the system causes general sluggishness in the organs. I wonder if that is true for liver, etc. Anyway, migraine has been a huge fact of my life in the past several months and I had hoped OP would kill it, but no!)
But today was great. Did not pull in the morning as was having rough time getting out of the house, but my mood was good and that is a big deal for me this time of year, and I attribute it to OP (and the real sense of fellowship I experience on this forum, so thanks, y'all!). My skin continues to clear up. Not sure about teeth getting whiter. Mine may be past repair after 20+ years of smoking and drinking red wine... :(
I have enjoyed passing OP information along to friends, but it is amazing how few people are openminded about this stuff. OP seems to be easy, pain-free, and to produce some big results in a short time, but I get the sense that unless we figure out a way to put the process into a pill and get a doc to prescribe it, people aren't buying. Ugh.
My oregano oil came and I did oo and oo for my evening pull ("O4") and my mouth feels really super-duper clean!!! I mean, so clean you could eat out of it! ;)
Best to all,
Laura
