Many people here take HCL, betaine, papaine which are all protein digestive enzymes. In my opinion, it is essential to take them due to poor liver function. They kill the critters and bacterias along -this is why we suppl.in probitotics daily.

I have had fantastic results with betaine/papaine suppl. before meals.
I would recommend it to anyone - especially so, after the Bowel Cleanse to prevent the return of the critters.

There is a pouch in your bowel the appendix which is a home for the bacteria (and yeast) you will kill them elsewhere but they will survive in there.

I do not see any problems with taking protease as long as you take probiotics along.
