I posted something about this below, but I used it again last night and wanted to comment.

When I use the castor oil in my eyes, it is VERY soothing. I think it helps me sleep even better. And the next day, it makes my eyes very clear. The whites are VERY white, and the blue is more blue.
A stranger stopped me in the mall today and asked me if I was wearing colored contacts. I said, no, that's just my natural color! (I do wear contact lenses, but they don't change my eye color, although my eye color itself can change some).

I don't use it everyday, just occasionally (less than once a week).
