Hello - as long as you are over the age of 12 you can do a full dose HUMAWORM cleanse. Our formula is based on blood volume levels and you will be fine if you choose to take it. Depending on the herbs used in ANY parasite cleansing formula, there is always the possibility of overdose because herbs are drugs too.

Parasaites will take all good nutrition from your food - most of them really like sugar and starches - hence the sugar and starch cravings. It is best to always try to eat whole, natural foods. Fruits, vegetables, home cooked meats, whole grains, fresh water, etc. Your body processes these much better because they don't have any weird food additives and chemicals in them. Try to cut any and all processed foods first - then you can tweak your diet to fit you. Eating right will allow the HUMAWORM herbs to do the job easier.
