i think you should be very concerned. the only fish i will touch is wild alaska salmon. the best would be the smaller ones, like the silvers and the pinks. the reds and kings would be more contaminated. fresh alaska salmon is expensive. if you can afford it, youre fortunate. even so, it is contaminated, just not as much as the others.
