I hope everyone is well today! Im not cleansing at the moment finished my 2nd sucessfull Master-Cleanse back in Sep. My sister started today and when I did it I always made my lemonades fresh. She is making batches and storing them in the fridge!
Is it better to make it fresh or is it ok to pre-make?
every morning I make a batch of 60ounces and fill my thermos for the day
sometimes we do it at night for the next morning. I have done several cleanses this way.

Add as much pepper as you can tolerate...experimentation by some of us has proven that MORE cayenne loosens up the gunk more efficiently. I use a quarter teaspoon of cayenne per glass but others have gone much higher...
Fresh lemons are optimal, as are organic, but most of us do not have access to organic and so I buy my lemons at the grocery store. Fresh beats out any other kind of substitute and is an *active* ingredient of the cleanse....
