So I'm on the 23rd day of my juice fast. I've been doing swf's every 2nd day or so, without any problems.

Last night I did another one, same as every other time, but it didn't come out...

Should I be worried? I haven't felt bad or different or anything.

Just like every other time, I hadn't drank anything for over 2 hours, I made a liter of water with 2 teaspoons Sea Salt ;I laid on my right side for a while, then my left. I don't understand what would have changed.

Is it possible I'm low on salt so my body absorbed it instead of passing it through my intestines?

This ever happen to anyone else?
