I have been mildly peeved about not experiencing die-off / withdrawal since starting the anti-candida diet, (I now understand that it doesnt always happen etc - I just wanted some sign to see that my efforts are working!!!) But anyway, I just had a shower and whilst doing my normal nipple ring cleaning a whole bunch of white stuff came out, ugh! It looked exactly like tiny miniture thrush and Im not even sure that I got it all out so I am going to do some salf water bathing on them next.
I am very certain that this is candida. Some people always have a little bit of gunk oozing out of their nipple piercings and it's considered normal, but I never had that after the first few months and besides the gunk is usually yellow and gooey. My first reaction was "OMG, my body be riddled with this sh*t!" but anyway at least now I have a sign, and definatly its better out than in!
