G'Day Everyone!
I've recently switched to Olive Oil and have noticed a few things about it:
* It doesn't really get thin/watery until the third pull of the day for me (I pull 3x in the morning, 20 mins each)
* The color has never gotten white/clear
* Color has been brilliant yellow (neon)
* When it's thin, it's also foamy
* It will sometimes multiply from being just a tablespoon to up to three tablespoons
* If I sit still, I get a better pull, faster
Physically, I've noticed some differences:
* My skin is more dry
* My eye sight is better (don't need glasses if I'm OO pulling)
* If there are aches and pains, it intensifies them for two or three days, then the subside like they never existed
* Thickness of the oil makes my stomache a little queasy
Emotionally, some observations as well (may be just oil pulling in general, may be only Olive Oil):
* It seems that emotional experiences are re-examined as you oil pull. 1 week of pulling seems to equal about 5-6 months.
* Emotions are re-experienced, as though you were reliving them, but has an out-of-body-experience feel to it.
* As pain is released, so are emotions associated with the pain when it was created.
Thought I'd share what I've observed so far about this one, since no one really seems to know how OO reacts as a pulling agent.
So do you find olive oil to be superior for Oil Pulling or do you consider it just simply to be different with it's own unique set of benefits?
I didn't get benefits prior to using Olive Oil, but there were other complications (not being hydrated properly - lack of salt - amongst the top of the list). So, for me OO is the first that I've seen *anything* change. :)
Do you plan to continue using it for the long-run?
For the long-run, I don't have plans to stick with anything yet. I've got a few other oils in my fridge right now that I want to try out, and plan to after I go through three bottles (one month).
Which oil(s) you were using previously?
Previously, I was using Sunflower Oil.
Other questions?? I'm happy to answer any that you can think of! My own observations are not the limit - I just don't know everything we'd like to observe. :)

You mentioned your skin is more dry-do you consider this a good thing?
I do not consider this a good thing. The reaction is the worst on my hands. Right now, I'm applying Vitamin E oil to my hands, which are cracking in three places. I'll be glad when this part is over! :)
Was your skin oily before?
No, it was dry-ish before. I was hoping that OPing would help that, as I had read about cracked heels becoming soft once again. I don't know if this is an "across the board" type of thing, but it's not happened that way for me.
What other oil did you use before?
I was using Sunflower Oil before, for the previous five weeks. I was pulling twice in the mornings, each for twenty minutes each. I really got little to no results.
