i have had health problems come up with eating soy- i am sure it is different for everybody but from what i can see with its effects on thyroid etc and my personal findings- i think its not the way to go.
its tricky to get enough protein for me but after being veg for a long time i am starting to have serious health issues. i am looking into hemp or rice protein at the moment. i also tried qorn for quite some time and let me tell you- dont go there either cause fungus is not the way to go especially if you are sensitive.
yep, nuts... though they are high allergen foods and how many nuts and seeds can one eat- trried eggs, same thing. i am actually contemplating starting meat again but when i tried it for a while my lymph nodes started to swell... ?!? all a bit confusing
