I've heard that you can do a high colonic with ozonated water. My question has to do with the temperature of the water. I understand the temp. of the enema (colonic) should be slightly warmer then body temperature... But when you ozonate water, 'warm' water won't hold the ozone in the water... The ozone is supposedly only active or available (still in the water) with 'ice water'... Hence how do I do a colonic with ozonated water at temp. close to body temp.?
