I am just about to finish day 6 of The Master Cleanser . I am going to go 10 days. I am wondering how long I need to wait to do a Liver Flush or if I can do it on the last day of my MC. Any suggestions?

  Hi...congrats on making it to day 6!!
  
  You want to wait until you are back on normal food and having normal BMs to do a liver flush. This will be approximately 5-7 days after you break.
