I planned on taking them at 8am and 8pm everyday, but this morning I slept in until noon so I just took them then? What now? Do I take them at 8 anyway? 10 maybe?

MoreThis is a reply to # 745,695That's fine - just take them at 8 or 10 tonight. They just need to be spread out enough so that the herbs are always in your system. Also, thank you for your kind words!
