My kinesiologist and I don't always see eye to eye on things, but when I went for a visit on Tuesday, he said that he was finding a yeast problem. I had pretty much already figured this out on my own, so I wasn't surprised.
I was already on week 3 of a candida diet along with HCl and digestive enzymes. I had done a 2 week stretch of oregano oil and garlic caps and one week of caprylic acid and pau d'arco. I would see small white "fuzzy" things in the toilet, but nothing large.
The kinesiologist uses Standard Process supplements. He tested me with these and said that I should take 5 Lactic Acid Yeast wafers per day. So to humor him, I quit the caprylic acid and pau d'arco and started taking the LAY. It's been about 2 1/2 days, and I'm feeling pretty run down, so I'm guessing there's some die-off going on. And I just had a rather large clump of candida show up.
So, I wanted to share this information on the LAY. Has anyone ever used these before?
