Fast Food
Commercially Processed Food of any sort.
Commercially Grown Food of any sort.
Organic
Correctly Grown Organic
Food You Grow Yourself (Grown correctly)
Comments:
One needs to understand that there is a difference between food that gives one energy to move about and food that allows the body to heal as well.
As well as avoiding the all too common poison loading of commercially grown food.
Fast Food
Provides energy, but high poison loading.
Commercially Processed Food of any sort.
A practical guideline would be:
The longer the shelf life the more poisonous the food.
Commercially Grown Food of any sort.
Better than Fast Food or highly processed such as cereal.
But is still very lacking in resources and can be high in poison loading.
Organic
While poison loading “should” be zero, resources may still be zip due to lack of understanding of growing “full” resourced food.
“Organic” has been compromised by the commercial industry.
An example is free range chickens are no longer free range by legalizing the definition.
Unless you can visually verify how your “organic” food is grown, I wouldn’t believe it.
Correctly Grown Organic
If you are unaware of the serious implications of this statement, you have my heart felt condolences.
Food You Grow Yourself (Grown correctly)
Same as above.
A word of caution.
The last two may be compromised by water contamination.
Yeah, real sad.
It’s a reality check for dining and doing the least amount of damage to yourself....;-)
