ok well its feels like its been FOREVER since i have been on this forum... not to mention thier are so many new people on here now. Great for you guys. I do recognize Life -n light among others.

anyways back in around May i weight about 208 and then got down to 189lbs .. juice/liquid fasting/water .... i then maintained my weight fairly well since then. I am now around 192 (right now 193 from bloat) on average :) so thats still 16 lbs that i have managed to keep off.

It was only about 2 wks that i lost the 16 lbs.

So now tommorow well tonight officially its already 9:14pm and i have already eaten yucky stuff today.. but my mindset is to start tonight and continue on untill tommorow.

I am going to do water fasting.. and if need be supplement veggie broth/tea. But my mind is set for water. I always try to follow what my intuition/body tells me.

My next goal is to get down to 170 lbs. so about 22 lbs.
keep your fingers crossed for me.. id love to have someone to help me along the way personally that is similar to my stats.
