Your body is getting used to the no-food thing. The lemonade will provide everything you need nutritionally, but not if you dont drink enough of it. For the first few days I drink as much as my body wants to avoid dizziness, etc... As it gets used to the liquids and not the solids, your cravings will reduce.
Also, dizziness can be caused by inner ear and sinus blockage/drainage. All symptomatic of toxins leaving the body. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. You're going to do great!
