first, I have an agfa snapscan e50, and in various moves have lost track of the transformer part. Can someone tell me if this takes a 12 or a 16 volt transformer?
(Agfa itself no longer supports this version , so I can't find the info online.)
Second, recording problems. I can read from a disk like Norton anit-virus, but can't record to CD or read from them.(this system is a temporary replacement so I don't know it well--it was supposed to do all that the previous one did.)
I'm running windows XP, and I thought the program to record to CD/and so on, was supposed to be included in XP, but can find nothing.
In trying to locate the solution, I'm told the registry may have to be altered--but then I'm told to back up before doing that. I WANT to back up to CD. Is it sufficient to create a restore point?
When trying to play a (data) CD, I get the message that "windows cannot read from this disk. It may be corrupted or..." I am trying to read from rewritable CDs.
I would greatly appreciate help with this.
