I inspected my poop today for the first time. I intend to do the cleanses in the near future. I have been zapping for 5 days and taking cayenne papper. On inspection i seen this thin shell like thing like the skin on corn, inside was a little pink hard oval thing. I did try to take pics but couldn't get a good shot. On further analysis i pressed the pink egg like thing and there was some liquid and hard white stuff inside. What could that be? I haven't had any fruit with pips in, so i rule out undigested food. I am dying to know what it was! Hope someone can advise.
