How adorable. Sounds like she doing just fine with grandaddy. We are expecting our first grandchild the first of the year. I can't wait!

The thing I like best about grandparenting is that I get to support my kids and their families, in the way I would have loved to have been treated.

I'll never forget the blank looks on one son and his wife's faces when we visited them with their newborn, and said outright that they were doing a good job.

A year later they were open and happy to share that they had been scared. "I didn't even know how to hold her!"

Makes me smile and smile.
