I really think that when you remove stones there is other sludge that is released from your liver into your system, thus making you foggy headed and tired. I would suggest a detox tea and lots of water. There are more toxins in your bloodstream right now that you need to get out of your system. Hope this helps.

i think i mentioned this before but you may want to try doing a salt water flush instead of using Epsom Salts - i think the large amounts of magnesium (i was doing Liver Flushes every 10-14 days) gave me a mineral imbalance and i was extremely lethargic after about flush 12... i stopped the epsoms and upped my intake of potassium and i feel much better....

my first 4 flushes each made me feel better, then after my 5th flush i had a terrible relapse of symptoms for over 3 months that was even worse than before i started flushing, now after my 7th flush after releasing my my biggest stones on my 6th flush (about 20 stones 1 inch in diameter) and hundreds of smaller stones on my 7th flush, i have worked past this relapse into an even better form of health than my first 4 flushes. so keep going, its not easy getting sick, nor reversing it.
