Hello - Sorry I am so late with your response. All herbs contain naturally occuring chemicals that make them work in different ways in and on our bodies. Some of these chemicals are mild and some are very heavy duty. In the parasite killing arena there are certain herbs that are so potent, they only need to be used 2-3 times per year. Wormwood is one of them and so is male fern. Cloves in small amounts are o.k. but not in big doses over a very long period of time.
The easiest thing for you to do is to take the big three - Black Walnut, Wormwood and Cloves for only 30 days 2-3 times per year. In between, you can take thyme, garlic, fennel, cayenne, ginger, gentian, and hyssop. You can also use onions, and oregano. Just don't use huge daily doses. Parasites don't like the chemicals in these herbs and hopefully you can keep their numbers down until you can take the big three to totally kill them.
