Hi Cheryl, yes I have had
coffee enemas on many occasions, and the answers to all your questions about them will be found at
http://www.sawilsons.com/ This is the authoritive site on the Internet for information about coffee enemas.
As far as your questions about soap and salt, actually most people agree these days that soap solution enemas are too irritating to the delicate lining of the colon and should be avoided.
Sea Salt solution is best, but you can also use plain
table salt (preferably non-iodized) for a cleansing enema. Use one teaspoon of salt for each pint of water, or one table spoon and one teaspoon for a full 2
quart (or 2 l) bag or bucket.
I tend to recommend a cleansing enema prior to a
coffee enema to eliminate waste matter that might interfere with the absorbtion of the coffee by the liver, but the
coffee enema should be just straight coffee. Usually one pint is adequate, but read the information at sawilsons.com and experiment to find what works best for you.
Sincerely, Valerie
