My last 45 dayer I lost 30 and kept 20 off...
I am also more toned and muscle mass is heavier than fat mass. So it's cool.
Very important to burn calories.
One half hour walk a day burns 250 calories or about 30 lbs per year!!!!!!!
Also, constantly twiddling your thumbs,wiggling your toes,twitchin your head from side to side like the guys from Night at the Roxbury,etc keeps you thinner,believe it or not.
A gallon of water a day is optimum
