yeah that happens. there are some things you can do. drink some hot tea or some hot broth, that really helps. you can add some cayenne drops or powder to your tea, that and ginger really rev up the body temp.
also you may want to consider taking a bit of kelp. kelp is high in
Iodine and minerals that rev up the thyroid gland which control body temp. but don't take too much kelp as it may kick in digestion. you can also make a broth from kelp if you buy the whole leaves instead of the powder. simmer the kelp leaves for a couple hours. then add a bit of cayenne and some lemon juice and maybe some
Sea Salt , yummy! drink tht piping hot, it will really warm your bones.
also a nice hot bath is always good.
also in between times you fast take a lot kelp, that will help out a lot. its one of the most nutritious foods out there. a TBSP or more a day is good.
